2. Products All sculptures are handcrafted and may have slight variations from photos due to the hand-painting process. Custom commissions are made to order and are non-refundable once production has begun.

3. Orders & Payment We accept payment through Shopify's secure checkout. Prices are in CAD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
