Refund policy

To request a refund, please email us at Vancouver3D.Request@outlook.com within 14 days of confirmed delivery with your reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions for returning item.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding your refund.  If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
